Hmm...3 hari kat Genting...
masuk jerk office hari ni... ini yang aku dapat dari GM aku... without asking me what we've done, what problems we faced etc..etc.
My boss's email :
Dear all:
It boils down to your manner of planning for the walk b4 u actually perform it.
For a 8 hour per day basis, I am sure you can cover more than what you just did in RSC, even if you have 1 set of TEMS.
There are around 40 or 50 antennas in RSC.
Since Monday, u were there. 3 days were spent. Each day, about 11 to 13 antenna plots were done. That's 8 hours a day. That's like doing 1.5 antennas per hour.
If i were to walk continuously, I can walk the entire carpark and shopping area in MVC within 8 hours.
I am not trying to be nasty. I am trying to be practical. I am pushing you to plan way ahead b4 your do the plots. Have you actually spent time to plan the walk path? Have you spent time to identify the areas and structures before you walk? Or u basically go to the spot and there try to figure out where the structures are? Then, of course you are slow.
With you rate and today's date, how can u meet the 10th date line for RSC and Highland?

Dear Bosses,
This was my initial plan for Genting Sites (ATP) :
1. RSC 5
Works To Do : Full ATP Plotting ( 7 Tests : TCH, CSSR, Idle Mode, Lift, Intercell, Exit Handover, Spillover)
Duration : 5 Days ( Monday(2/8) - Friday(6/8) )
2. Genting Hotel
Works To Do : Identify all the problematic area and proposed solution.
Duration : 2 Days ( Monday & Tuesday )
3. Highlands Hotel
Works To Do: Plotting inside hotel rooms and lifts.
Duration : 2 Days ( Wednesday & Thursday)
For the last three days, what we managed to do are:
1. RSC 5 - We managed to do the full ATP plottings despite a few problems that we faced. FYI, although we already get access verbally from Mrs. Shirley, we only managed to start the works around 2.00 pm on Monday because there are a few signatures that we need to get before being permited to enter RSC5. Actually, it is not possible to do the full plotting in two and half days, so we did some 'tipu-tipu' on the plotting... we have no choice.. you want us to finish RSC5.
2. Genting Hotel - Me and Halim already indentified all the problematic areas and the possible solutions to solve it. We will come out with the as-built and the proposed designed soon.
3. Highlands Hotel - We did not manage to do anything for this site, because we need the TEMS to do the plotting, but we have only one TEMS and only three days.
Other matters:
FYI, the accomodation arrangement for us was not done well, causing us not getting hotel rooms for Monday. Therefore, we had to go back to KL and back to Genting the next day. It is a waste of our time and energy. I already send email to Mawar on Friday morning to help us on this. Something must be done to make this things not happened again.
